2014 MCAL Championships

The MCAL championship meet capped off one of the most successful seasons in recent history for the Bulldog swim team.  The San Rafael boys finished 6th overall earning 2 gold medals along the way.  Senior diver Max Adler defended his MCAL title with a comfortable victory in the 1 meter dive competition, securing a #3 seed heading into the NCS meet.  Sophomore Aidan Cumming took first place in the 100 yard breaststroke, shattering his own school record with a time of :58.90, earning himself an #8 seed at the upcoming NCS meet.

On the girls side, Natalie Vaziri raced her way to a 15th place finish in the 50 freestyle as the young Bulldog squad took 9th place overall.  The girls team, consisting of mostly underclassmen earned some valuable experience and looks poised to make some noise at next year's MCAL meet.
